One of the best helps I have ever gotten in my whole life. I was having a really hard time. Trying to get the signature alone done. But I feel like the app needs to be updated because it kept on saying my name wasn't spelled like the loan. Document and I must have done like at least 1020 times in order for it to go through. I would highly recommend if the app hasn't been updated for a while. I will go ahead and get that done. Because it kind of took me 2 days to try to get this done.
And usually that would be a four star.But because I had such great help.That's why it's staying at five stars

Deserve full recognition for 5 stars! I had a terrible experience at another branch called over to the ladies at Sun valley branch and they saved the day! Not only did they make up for my terrible service at another branch they welcomed me and acknowledge thats not how they operate. I called over and got in contact with Jamie let her know the problem I had within seconds she got it handled like a pro. Called me back said we were good to go. I said that's exactly what vista knolls said, Jamie said no I got it taken care of you want cash or in the account? Showed up manager Carrie acknowledged the other store and how they made me feel uncomfortable and let me know she is there for any questions, concerns just ask. A real human approach and I appreciate that the most. Helpful people helping people. Jamie is a pro and she isn't even at that store full time she was just feeling in. She made me feel welcoming into the home. Carrie whose manages the place is the "mother cooking the good food bringing you back". Thank you Sun valley store to especially Jamie listening to me and taking care of it. That was a smooth process! Carrie thank you for welcoming me apart of your branch!! Funny thing is was VISTA KNOLLS branch all they had to do was verify employment haha couldn't even ask my employer to verify employment.....

If you are in a bind dollar loan center has always been there for me. The staff is always friendly and they’re very understanding. So it’s definitely good to know that they are around the corner or a few tops away cause these days you never know when you’ll need a few hundred or thousand

Carrie Ann and the other staff are always so helpful and kind. Circumstances usually aren't the best when you have to go to a loan establishment and I don't trust anyone else to take care of me the way DLC in Sun Valley has when I'm in a financial bind.

*Update to say I've been a repeat customer when times are tough and the staff are still amazing. Also the new location looks great.*
