Your money is not safe here. Incompetent, untrustworthy, apathetic. Three tries to change my name, twice no card was generated, third request card arrived with incorrect name. Address change request ignored. Bill pay so unsafe my mortgage payment was stolen, fraud investigation takes a month before they consider refunding the money they mishandled. Are the customer service reps stupid? Yes. Does this bank care about their customers money? No. I will never bank here again and you shouldn't either.
