Having bought and sold real estate properties, we have experienced the highs and lows of dealing with real estate agents. When we decided to sell our Burbank condominium in December 2023, we picked Naira Khnkoyan and she immediately put at our service The Naira Team Home Selling System!
Within days and hardly any significant contribution on our part, Naira acquired for us a solid offer, which was quickly secured with an opening of escrow, for tens of thousands ABOVE our asking price! Unfortunately, the offer was rescinded with the discovery of a pending litigation against our Home Owners’ Association. A court case which we were not aware of and which was never included in the disclosures to us when we were purchasing the condominium ourselves. When Naira apprised us of what had happened, she was factual and did not sugar coat anything.
Unfazed and transparent with the new discovery, Naira continued without complaint nor excuse to show the property in the next several days through 34 more viewings. Naira never bothered us nor did she attempt to pressure us by demanding that we lower our Selling Price just to get a sale. The only time Naira contacted us was to provide the update that we had received an offer worthwhile considering.
While lower than the initial offer, the new Buyer’s Offer was still thousands above asking and acceptable to us. The short period off escrow that immediately followed posed a serious challenge, which Naira diligently and persistently handled by finally getting the timely cooperation of our HOA.
During a large portion of the escrow period, my wife and I needed to be out of the country. However, Naira proceeded to oversee the process and liaised fluidly with us, the HOA, and the escrow company in ensuring the complete and satisfactory conclusion of the sale.
To my wife and me, Naira is a remarkable realtor and real estate consultant. But, more than that, Naira has proven to be a precious friend.
