We needed to get some papers notarized. I checked around and the cheapest I found was $15. Per signature. The AAA was close so I told my wife, lets stop here and check if they could do it. We were assigned to Lisa, and to my surprise it was free, yes free! We needed 6 signatures and Lisa was happy to help us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I can't say enough about how comfortable Lisa made us feel, like long time personal friends. I am so glad we are AAA members and will be for life.

I just wanted to thank ..a man that helped me today! I believe his name was Josh ?! He had Blonde hair beard.. red shirt on today! My mind was so many places I hope I’m getting the name correct , I know that he does not live around here he told me. Anyway, He was truly kind to me, patient , and pleasant! He was a genuine sweet and nice man that really helped me when I was having a very very very bad day! Thank you for your help and kindness.
Good people make a difference and .. I hope I got your name right ! He helped me with getting my registration because I lost it and dealing with my name change title stuff that I was having issues with. I had just spent hours getting my car fixed and money so I felt very overwhelmed and he made everything easy and gave me grace! I appreciate you .. you’re a wonderful employee!

I owe a huge thank you to AAA, who bailed me out the other day after my car broke down. I was driving down the highway when I heard this loud sound and my car started smoking so I quickly exited and pulled off to the side of the road and called AAA. A tow truck arrived within 45 minutes and got me taken to a nearby repair shop where I learned of a broken belt that had snapped. The tow truck guy was super friendly too – He let me ride with him to the repair shop, which saved me an Uber ride.

AAA Mission Viejo is amazing!! Dale Knight planned and booked our family vacation . He spent so much time catering to what we wanted and made any changes w ease. He is so friendly and knows what he is doing. I can't say enough. I have been to this location for car Registration also and also have a good experience every time. Great Manager also.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I’m very happy AAA opened an office in Mission Viejo. This is a very friendly, fully staffed AAA office, short wait times in the morning. Great place to pay your car registration, bundle your insurance & update your policies. I walked in on Saturday waited a few minutes, paid my registration & received my tags in under 10 minutes compared to the ten hours & multiple visits to the Laguna Hills DMV! I’d say this one visit was worth the price of my membership. Thank you 🙂
