After promising the stars, they called repeatedly like a spam bot, never answered the phone when I picked up, never explained any charges and invoiced for the entire years amount for our policy plus $380 brokerage fee. That mades one very nervous. I got online to verify of they are even an insurance company. While they appear to be, they also appear to be quite challenging business to work with. I think I'll keep my $2k and find a different company with better business etiquette. Good luck to everyone finding helpful insurance providers.
