Christine, Colby and staff have been amazing and so easy to work with. They’ve helped me save a lot of money in renters and auto insurance since I switched. I have a perfect driving record and was getting over charged. When I contacted the Frier agency, I was greeted with a comforting tone that actually wanted to help, not just sell a service. We talked about what coverage I needed and even discussed other coverages such as renters and liability. My current rate with 3 additional types of coverages is now cheaper than my previous car coverage. But the most important part was their willingness to work with me and not try to sell to me. They made sure I left feeling heard and had everything I needed.
