I regret transferring my policies to this location, the hours of operation are incorrect, no calls back and even when you send an email it takes up to 72 hours to no respond. I send a email to cancel my car insurance on a certain day and yet she still got the days wrong causing me a lapse of insurance . I had to pay over 100 dollars to get it reinstated so it can terminate one day later the date she terminated the policy. It is in writing per your request! How do you get that wrongI took my bussiness out of farmer because of it

Update : I contacted the office on 06/05 to informed that I sold a vehicle and bought another one and to get coverage for the new vehicle but no answered . On 06/06 I emailed you the situation and no call back , by 06/07 at 3:33pm I got a email back but by then I had anlreadypurchase insurance . When I spoke to your assistant a few days later I informed her I already had insurance and verified the last date of coverage for that car and informed the office I was removing another vehicle off the policy soon within the next two weeks as well. And I did, I sold the vehicle and I send you a late reply in writing as required . Now come to the first few days in July I received a the letter of final coverage and it was the wrong date . I called the office and no answered I had to get assistance from the 1800 number and have it reinstated to change the date . I take it pretty seriously a lapse of insurance even for one day may be fine on my next registration of up to 250.00

This is the last place you should go for insurance I was with her for four years and it just kept getting worse for one she doesn’t know how to talk to people she tells you one thing and then doesn’t even do anything about you have to ask her to do something two or three times. I tried to be is nice as I could to her as if she was the customer what’s wrong with this picture. This lady is very unprofessional. She lies. I ask her to add coverage to a car she tells me it’s done then I find out she never put it on the vehicle. I get my renewal and the coverage is different than before but the insurance goes up I call back to have it put back on. Kara K tells me that I never had it. After she looks it up and found out that I did have it she gets all upset like it’s my fault. I tried to be patient with her and tell her that ok but please make sure it’s put back on. Next time it’s the same thing and then I get in a car accident and then find out she took off rental car . And the list goes on. I just want Car insurance not the next comedy skit but I hope this lady really get some help. She needs anger management. And she was not happy about that. I made sure that my bill was paid in full and that left and then she turns me into collections for $17 little does she know that Farmers handled it? And then Farmers removed it she said it was a mistake on her end.

Invoicing the correct amount, seems to be their biggest issue along with being unprofessional. My husband and I are currently looking for another company, since this is an on going issue and they believe that a notification is not necessary. They have our card info on file, and believe they have the right to correct their error and withdrawal the money to make their end correct, which was over $800 and then do it again the following year. Plus, raise your voice when I stated facts is another reason why Kara is unprofessional and unpleasant to work with.
