Preface to this review is that we attempted to solve our banking issue over the phone, except all we could get was the ridiculous AI assistant, Dee. Completely unhelpful and frustrating to not be able to speak to and get help from a real person. To be apologized to and told, “I am still learning “ is insulting to me and disrespectful of my time, so we drove to the bank. The teller who we met was unable to help and did not understand our issue. She went to the office, which is right behind the teller window, to ask her manager for help. The manager couldn’t be bothered to even come out to see what we needed until I stressed the importance of resolving this today. No apologies for our troubles. When I mentioned the problem with Dee, the AI, the teller smiled and knew exactly what we were talking about, which tells me that other people are complaining as well. I understand technology is the future, but it is not there yet. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and it used to be so much better and friendlier

Just west to this Branch. Worked with Kelyn Villatoro. She sat with us and went thru everything they offer. Great experience. Kelyn was very business savvy, and explained everything to us, and what Desert Financial has to offer . Plan on doing more banking with her in the very near future.
