I’ve banked with TruWest for decades and I would not bank anywhere else. They always treat me like family and greet me with a smile and a hearty hello. Over the years they have assisted my family with auto purchases, with a home loan, and home equity lines of credit.
Most recently they have assisted us with our home remodel and helped with wire transfers to our remodeling partners. All associates greet us on a first name basis and are happy to help. I especially enjoy the branch at 52nd Street where they cheerfully offer a number of services at a convenient location. Thanks TruWest. Thanks for making life easier for my family!

I Love TruWest. They have saved me from several fraudulent transactions on my account. The service inside the bank is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They also offer alot of useful services.

I was thinking about switching Banks a while back, so I went in and spoke to a representative she was nice and can't remember her name. She answered all of my questions about the bank switching process. She even recommended a great place to eat where they served great rolled tacos, I just can't remember where.

I have investments and a checking account with TruWest. The customer service is a nice change from the traditional banks. There's one standout at the 52nd St. and Roosevelt location. Her name is Angie. Very friendly, and she always makes you smile. Very professional teller. TheyThey're all great!!!
