I have found David to be a caring professional who has made it his mission to educate others about precious metals. He never pressured me. He educated me and patiently answered all of my questions. I have been buying selling gold and silver as a personal investor/hobbyist for more than 10 years. I have also worked as a licensed commodities broker.
