I felt really comfortable here. The hearing exam was very thorough. I did not feel pressured at all unlike some other hearing aid clinics. I’m very satisfied with the hearing aid I purchased. The unusual experience I had at Priority Hearing is that I really only needed one hearing aid and that is what Dr Anderson prescribed. Good hearing aids are expensive but I have found that they are worth it. I highly recommend this location and Dr Anderson if you’re having hearing issues. I really like leaving the word “huh” out of my vocabulary.

We had an appointment Is with Doctor Anderson today at Priiority Hearing. Very caring and professional. He was able to remove an unusually large amount of ear wax which was preventing me from hearing. We will be following up with him every couple of months. We found Priority Hearing after having a VERY bad experience with the other hearing aid provider in our small city. We find no fault with the first providers office staff but that can’t be said for the provider himself. After many frustrations we only kept the hearing aids for a very short time and returned them for a full refund.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Priority hearing. Dr Anderson was able to price match the same hearing aids and service contract from the first provider and also include custom ear molds which provide better clarity and comfort. Dr Anderson was very knowledgeable thorough in his testing and very patient in teaching us about the new devices. We never felt talked down to or lectured, rushed or undervalued. We wish we had found Dr Anderson at Priority Hearing first! He deserves far more than 5 stars. I will not hesitate to recommend Priority Hearing every chance I get. New patients will not be disappointed with both his quality products or his excellent service.

I have been wearing hearing aids since 2016. My hearing is important to me. With my hearing loss, I struggle to understand most conversations. I started to isolate myself from others due to not being able to understand what they were saying and was tired of asking people to repeat themselves on a constant basis. I went to three different hearing aid providers in the greater Phoenix area. Three results were disappointing each time. When my insurance company put me in touch with Priority Hearing, I was skeptical at first, based on my previous experiences, but was very pleased by the extra time and test that were conducted. When it I picked up my Oticon Real hearing aids Dr. Anderson conducted a test to ensure that the hearing aids were actually providing the sound/ volume that my prescription called for. I now can hear conversations without asking for the speaker to repeat themselves. I highly recommend Priority Hearing for your hearing needs, stay away from the chain stores.

After receiving a most comprehensive hearing and tinnitus test regime, we were most impressed with Dr. Anderson’s explanation of the latest theories, equipment and treatments that are available.
