I just had to switch over to Fry's pharmacy because that's all my insurance takes. I hate it. My doctor will send in a prescription for me and it takes them days to fill them. I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer and a lot of the meds have been pain meds. Meaning I desperately need them asap. Not at Fry's. And they certainly won't call you and alert you that there's an issue with your insurance. They'll just put your order to the side without a word. I miss Walgreens!

Just moved out here to Maricopa I can see Fry's is not where you get your prescriptions filled this is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been in first of all I didn't realize some of these people aren't even real pharmacy technicians waited 40 minutes while the pharmacy technician stood there waiting for the pharmacist to fill one prescription with seven people in line that had questions that he could have answered while waiting apparently he has no multitasking but I can assure you I'll never go to that Pharmacy again

Their automated system is just as bad as their customer service. Obviously you need to make a drive down to the pharmacy in order to get a half decent result. The drive through is an absolute last resort. This place really needs a review from upper management. This will be last time I ever use Frys Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is horrible. They get prescriptions sent to them by the doctor and they do not fill them unless you call them. It took 2 days to get a prescription filled.

Pulled my prescriptions from Walgreens after staffing changes and a run in with a very rude evening supervisor and decided to give Fry's a chance.

I really didn't think it could be any worse. I've tried using their texting service which has only worked a couple times. They've blamed me for not calling repeatedly on delayed prescriptions that when I did call, they had them and told me 20 minutes. Then I had a prescription they were trying to charge me over $500 for when it should have been zero. My insurance even called them and the girl refused to get help or admit she was doing anything wrong, but the insurance rep. told me if she was putting it through, he would see it. Miraculously, 15 minutes later, it came through at zero cost.

After 5 months. I give up! I don't need this stress in my life. I can't even trust them to fill tge prescriptions they get and have unless I call or cone in, wait in line and then wait while they fill it. Not a good business model!

This is the only pharmacy in town that I feel like takes care of my needs. Though I generally only ever ask one question when I really have an issue with a med, it gets answered.
The staff is lovely and try their hardest to cater to the needs of the patients that flow through the pharmacy with as much care as possible.
Sometimes volume gets full while waiting in line, or they are training some of the staff on some new protocols, but that’s to be expected with an ever growing city like Maricopa.

Kariem the pharmacist is very hot and awesome, he got me my dad's pain medication in no time, same adjectives can be applied to Nayeli.
