The pharmacist there is very rude to his customers. He doesn't sound like he's happy where he's working and needs to find a new place to work. If I did not have to go there to get prescriptions I would not shop at CVS at all thanks to the pharmacist

The female attendant that runs the pick up window is extremely rude and racist to the point that I will no longer be using cvs pharmacy to fill my prescription as I feel it is not safe. Still surprised that she has a job considering how absolutely disgusting her demeanor is towards people of color.

Matt and Garrett the pharmacist are the best they do an outstanding job for their customers also Jordan and the rest of the crew do a very very good job they are kind they have good customer service and a care about their customers the are hard workers they go over & beyond .... 10 ⭐ for CVS thank you 🙏🏽 for all your hard work ❤️

Honestly, I turned to CVS after another local pharmacy routinely had a 15 minute wait time to be helped. From the beginning, the CVS in Maricopa, AZ always had a warm hospitable feel to it. Because our town is small, a lot of businesses close 30 minutes for lunch. CVS has aways offered to have you ready to go BEFORE they close for lunch. The previous local pharmacy would tell you to hang out in the store for that time period.

Under the circumstances that began my relationship with CVS, I noticed the difference in their store atmosphere and presentation to the public. As I worked with two associates during this visit at the Maricopa location, I overheard greetings & conversations with other customers taking place by both of the employees assisting me. Those customers were greeted by name and known by more than one store employee. Quite a positive change than what I was used to at the other local pharmacy I left. I can foresee having this pharmacy as my main go to for scripts that can't be forwarded through my insurance home delivery.

There was a lady helping the pickup line at the pharmacy and called out for help at the second pickup register. Pharmacist Kendi walked up and instead of helping the person next in line she called out to help whoever had their cvs app open. That's very inconsiderate for the customers who had already been waiting. I could see if the second register said cvs app customers ONLY, but it did not.

Store and pharmacy staff are very helpful and friendly, inspite of being the busiest store in Maricopa City. Amazing how your prescriptions are available for pickup so fast after being prescribed by your doctor. Excellent service at CVS Smith-Enke.
