If I could give zero stars, I would I just called in and talk to you Azensa. Probably not the right spelling. But that was quite an eye-opening experience. She was so rude on the call and let me know several times that she is the office manager and she is setting expectations and I am in the driver seat very rudely..I just bought a home in Maricopa. I called Dr. Taylor’s office because I have a bad toothache and it’s hard enough to go to the dentist. What I encountered during that phone call was so impersonal and so rude. I was told I would wait till either Thursday, Friday or maybe Tuesday To even get an appointment, it would be a limited appointment and I would have to come back for further x-ray. I wonder where the customer service went what happened? This office manager also told me she is the office manager to make matters even Kendra, his right hand man, which is a lady called me back and let me know that as well . The entitlement of people is absolutely crazy and if you say anything They were you’re the problem you’re not !when you go to the dentist You wanna feel comfortable it’s not the best Time of your life, especially when you’re in pain I just wonder what happened to compassion, empathy people not speaking to people condescending and rude and then having a phone call back defending that employee what I was told her she wasn’t on the phone call will listen to it. You’ll find out. The lady was very rude so was the lady that called me back Kendra I would suggest not going to this dentist. I tried to call Dr. Taylor myself and I was told he’s just not in the office all week not till next week. That’s OK. I just advise people in Maricopa not to visit this dental office because what I was told is you just have to deal with it I actually don’t.

Dr. Taylor and his staff are wonderful. They are so thorough and caring. I have been a patient there for six years. In addition to my routine cleanings, I’ve also had some crowns. I continue to be pleased as their work is always excellent.

This was my first dentist appointment in a long time. Also I am new to Maricopa so getting reestablish can be difficult. These guys were great getting me in, very nice and engaging staff. They are time efficient, and it is a good/happy atmosphere. I am one of those who don't do well at the dentist office... I am glad that I took a chance at this location. They really took care of me.

It was a pleasure meeting the staff at Maricopa Dental Center for our new patient appointment . The dental assistant was very thorough and well trained. X&rays and initial exam was done well. The dentist Dr. Samse was very professional and I could tell he has a lot of experience. Everyone at the clinic were pleasant and helpful.

I had my 6 month cleaning today with Heather. She's fabulous. I especially appreciate the fact that she rinses my mouth after cleaning a few teeth and continually through the whole cleaning. Heather is easy to talk with and I enjoy my cleanings.

The office is clean and up to date. Staff friendly and professional. Had a cleaning and some fillings and didn't feel the a thing. Highly recommend!!

I really hate going to the Dentist, but Maricopa Dental Center is absolutely awesome. Great customer service and gentle care. Robin was great with my cleaning, and very nice to chat with. Hope to see them again.

They were very welcoming and friendly. They were very thorough and talked through what they were doing and why. The procedure went very well and I felt comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend them!

Heather was my dental technician and she was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with her as she performed my cleaning!
