I had to have a blood test taken. I had no appointment but got in immediately and saw Vivian, who took my blood. Historically blood draws have been a problem for me. Vivian took the blood without any pain! She got it the first time.

This is NOT an urgent care or an immediate care service. They do not have diagnostic testing equipment.
I was told there was nothing they could do for the pain of a diverticulitis flare up. I was handed a printed Google information sheet which I already knew that information.
I was asked my pain level at the front desk. I was told if I said it is a 9, they would call an ambulance that they did not have ultrasound equipment for examining lower intestine. This place is a joke.
The cost for NO HELP $329.02

First off if I could give negative stars I would. As a large business owner here in camp verde the attitude my wife and I received by the front desk representative was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and had zero concern for us. Parking lot had one car. Was told we can be seen in two hours and was yelled at that this isn’t an emergency room. Then take the sign off of the building. Appt only are you kidding me? Do not waste your time you will only be disrespected and treated like a second rate citizen. Absolutely ridiculous.

Walked in to see if I can get seen like I have in the past several times just to be told they couldn’t see me unless I had made an appointment. I told the lady I’ve never made an appointment in the past. I’ve always just walked in and then it just is a first come first serve I could sit there for 10 minutes. I could sit there for two hours and I understood that and she told me that it’s never been walk-in clinic that you’ve always had to make an appointment so it’s really frustrating. I have walked in before on multiple occasions I understand that Calling ahead and making an appointment is suggested, but it didn’t say it was required even your website states we highly encourage you to call and make an appointment no where Does it say we are appointment only? And was told I couldn’t be seen today so you’re not an immediate care then you’re just a normal primary doctors office very misleading I’m sure the doctor staff is amazing. I’ve always had good experiences with them in the past. But the promotion of your business is very misleading And to be basically called a liar by the staff by telling me that it’s never been a walk-in clinic is in accurate Lesson learned Just taking my business elsewhere

Call ahead to get a time slot, for a visit.
Friendly and helpful front desk man.
And this is not an urgent care, it’s immediate care, which makes a difference for certain health insurance policy.

Lady that answered the phone was very sad and rude. She said they had an appointment at 9:40. We said ok. She took our information (actually only verified it as we are returning patients) and then said that appointment isn’t available anymore, like 2 min later. They dont schedule afternoon appointments until 3 she said. But then said maybe call at 2 and try. No walk-ins. No costumer service. I dont see how this is called “Immediate” or “care”.

I want to express my sincere and warmest gratitude to Jason, Robert and Dana for the amazing care. I received! I woke up early on a Saturday morning, not feeling well at all! I called Immediate Care at 8:05 AM and was greeted by Robert first, followed by Dana. They both got me set up and checked in to see Jason via telehealth. Within minutes, I had an appointment with Jason! Jason took care of me so well and I knew I was in good hands! All this care happened within 15 minutes! Robert, Dana and Jason, thank you for providing outstanding care!
