Mary Backes (Commercial Line Specialist) is an absolute saint! She was able to work a miracle and get us a policy when 3 other Insurance Brokers could not get the job done! Working with Ken, Darlyne and Joshua at SticklerWebb was one of the most pleasant experiences one could have when looking to switch multiple policies to new carriers. As much of a hassle as that could have been, the friendly, knowledgable and helpful workers at Stickler Webb made it as pain-free a process as possible. Great job! Bad star for- Called multiple times to get thru to someone- took 4 calls to get someone on the phone.
And Bad star for- bad customer service and Bad star for- not helping customers when it affects Sticklers negatively. Long story short....Debbie with Stickler refuses to help because her insured is declining at fault. She would not provide me any information so I could submit a claim of my own so I had to go direct to their insured's Insurance company. I understand her insured doesn't want to be liable with an insurance claim against her but a claim should still have been filed if requested. Stickler is the agent but Stickler should have filed the claim and let the insurance and myself and their insured battle it out but Debbie refused to assist. Not a good way to handle business-I will be sure to spread the word.
In the end....I filed a claim with their insured direct and everything is being processed the legit/right way. But...without the help of Debbie.
