We have been with American Family for decades, and the Agent's office we were with had Michelle on staff and she was a lifesaver! I received 5 star service daily! Unfortunately, that Agent did not retain her killer staff and service went to crap! We were so upset that we were shopping carriers until we learned that Michelle had moved over to Ty Schraufnagel's offices and we immediately asked to be switched to that Agent and BOOM! We got our ROCKSTAR Michelle back! Just like that.......we were back in the 5 star service and easy street! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her and the team there after going through enormous growth and changes and having them to help us navigate that has been PRICELESS!
