I’ve had State Farm Insurance for well over 50 years, and the Alex Ross Agency has been by far the best! Everyone is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend!

I have been insured with the State Farm Insurance co for many years and with Alex Ross for 4 or 5 years. In the beginning Hunter was my agent and he truly earned a 5 star rating. Unfortunately Hunter left about a year ago and my rating of one star reflects the unfortunate change in service that I have experienced. Alex doesn’t seem to even have time to involve himself in my issues even after I requested to speak with him. Bottom line, there was 3 State Farm agencies in Havasu and it was Alex’s high ratings that drew me to him. My current ratting of less than 1 Star has caused me to shop for another agency😢. No more “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there”

All the follow up needed email communication was completed quickly as promised. I am always treated excellent by the staff at the Alex Ross State Farm Office in Lake Havasu City. Usually I just call them and get everything taken care of over the phone. I usually am helped by Sandra and she ALWAYS does an excellent job with assisting me. You always leave the conversation with her smiling as she is always pleasant on the phone and takes care of you like a valued customer. Thanks and State Farm will always be my insurance company!!!

Visited in office Lake Havasu, was greeted by Joshua who was very friendly and welcoming. Was looking for insurance for my new vehicle and he was super fast and efficient getting me a quote and tending to all the questions I had.
