After being let down by 4 separate previous lawyers in a probate matter, I was lucky enough to find Rich Rahnema. After sending a request for contact, I received (the same day!) a quick, cheery response. I explained the challenges I had experienced and what I was looking for. After pressing send...because of experience, I expected no response or a long delay in response but no. The same day I received another confidence building reply. Rich was quick to ease my worries that I had finally landed in the right firm. He provided sound advice and was the one who was staying in touch with me...not me having to chase. Rahnema Law took care of the probate in my mothers death. I didn't have to do anything but sit back, answer a few questions and sign some papers. Everything was handled over the phone. Rahnema law answered all my questions was always available if I needed him. I would recommend him to anyone. I wish all attorneys were as knowable as this firm. He was a pleasure to deal with as I was in California and he was in Arizona and it couldn't have made it easier

My sister and I had problems disposing of my mother’s estate. The person who prepared her will had made some critical mistakes, putting our ownership of her home in question. Rich was determined to fix them. He had to think outside the box and try a few new things, but he got it done. I had no idea that practicing law could be such a creative endeavor. Also, Mom’s bank was giving us a hard time about one of her accounts. Rich worked his magic on them too and got us the money. Thanks again, Rich! Throughout this ordeal, Rich was clear about what was going on and what he planned on doing (well, as clear as legal gobbledygook allows). He’s a great, personable guy to boot. I’ll give you one guess as to who I had draw up my will.
