A couple months ago I spoke to Amanda about renting my house to snowbirds and or part of the time. She quickly went to look at my property and got back to me. She had my house up on the website pretty quick. My house is now in a 6 month lease without any issues at all. When there was one issue I contacted her and she had it resolved within the hour. I am very pleased
