My grandson and I recently visited Lake Havasu for a long weekend and while there and looked at the how to guide that was in the white sheet. Both my grandson and I commend you for putting something that has always irked me when you see ads that say, buy one get one free or shipping is free because as you very well stated, nothing is free in this world. Your town is extremely nice if I had come to your town before settling in Tucson Arizona and very well may have settled there and if I did, I certainly would’ve considered western alarm service for protecting my home. Keep up the good work and keep your town looking good as it was extremely clean .

I had service with this company for many years and their system is awesome. I live out of state, and anytime there has been any type of problem I have been contacted right away. They are always understanding and very pleasant to work with. Heck, they even called me to let me know that my phone had been disconnected. That is beyond awesome.
We did install the ring to our home on the front, side and back and decided we really didn't need them, but last night a man jumped my 6 foot block wall and tried to get in my back patio door. Luckily, while we were eating dinner at a Restaurant my son heard the ring go off. Thank God, we heard it.
My question is what will happen if we are a sleep and don't hear the ring and most the time at night I shut down my volume?
I called Western Alarm today and spoke with them. Again, I received excellent service and tomorrow they are coming out to reconnect my alarm system and add extra sensors to my windows, and discuss what else we can add. I highly recommend this company plus for Lake Havasu residents they have been here forever and provided excellent service to all their customers.

We have been with Western Alarm for more than 15 years. At the beginning things were great, especially if you use them for monitoring the system. Once we retired and didn't feel monitoring was necessary things went down hill. We were never told that the smoke alarms were only good for 10 years sooo.. At 1:30 in the morning when my husband was out of town the whole system went off for no reason at all. I was able to finally get it turned off but it would just go off again. The came out the next day and put 5 new smoke alarms in (5/2/19, $207.41). Turns out two were not Fire X brand but were 2019 and 3 were Fire X but manufactured in 2017. Fast forward to 10/20. The fire alarms start going off and chirping again. Trevor comes out tries to figure out what happened in 2019. At this point we are sorry we ever put the system in and just want it all gone. Trevor talks us down. We took one alarm out from the stairwell which was redundant and super hard to get to and he puts in 6 brand new Fire X alarms. The office will not give any kind of credit or admit to anything they did being wrong so we are charged full price again after only a year with the other 5 alarms. All in all, we simply didn't think they handled things well and icing on the cake Trevor charges us an hour and half of labor when the original installer changed out 5 alarms in one hour. Really Customer relations need some work from this company.
