We have a rental property managed by Arizona Living. We recently had a vacancy and we were very impressed with the way Nicole Ruff handled everything. In addition to getting the cleaning crew in right away she also had the place rented very quickly. The few issues that came up Nicole anticipated and took care of without us even having to ask. I've been renting from AZ Living Rentals since October 2020 and I've have had a great experience with them. It was really difficult finding a place that took cats and the management coordinated with the property owner and got us in. When I applied the application fees were similar to other companies and the pet rent is about the same as other places too. They're very responsive to maintenance requests. They are helpful and friendly, also I have no problem contacting them. Based on all my interactions with them I would definitely recommend them.
