What a mess! Filing my taxes incorrectly then hides behind her flop of a receptionist, was told she called the IRS to correct and would call me with the correction … 6 days later no call no correction! Stay away from this office

Beware of this business. They did my taxes and made a mistake. They not only did not help to resolve the issue, but won't receive my phone calls. When they did pick up our calls, they use old tax law to explain their mistake. We ended up learning how to resolve the issue our selves through online education such as youtube. You're better off buying tax program and doing the taxes your selves. Don't waste your money and time with this business!

Butchered my deceased mothers income tax returns. Received tax bill from IRS 3 months after filing for $2700.00 after already paying in $4700.00. Small estates should pay literally nothing. She lost a portion of the 1099, and e-filed one return after being told not to. This woman is no professional by no means. Unfortunately I cannot sue.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Kathy and her team neglected to send in payment for my parents 2011 taxes now they have to pay extreme penalties! She also neglected to confront they owners once this was discovered...Unprofessional and very neglectful!

BEWARE. This business is NOT certified! So if they make a mistake on your taxes, you can't file a complaint with the state. I got hosed when THEY made a mistake. I called every day to see when the corrections would be made and was told every possible excuse in existence. The IRS doesn't go after them - they get you. So their mistake cost me. Use a CPA firm.
