I worked with Tyson Guess and American Realty Brokers on two separate occasions, buying my first home and 4 years later selling my home. When my wife at the time and I were buying our home Tyson showed us probably 20+ homes, always with a smile, very professional and he offered us his services and expertise. Not only was he patient but he was extremely helpful. On multiple occasions we found homes that would be good for our family but they were "short sells" and that process in general is a nightmare. We finally decided on a new build and we were very happy. When my ex-wife and I decided to sell our home due to a divorce we listed our home with Tyson Guess and American Realty Brokers and went through a lengthy process to get it sold. Tyson was trying to sell our home during a difficult season for the real estate market. He was doing his best (which was awesome) to communicate verbally and thorough email but was not getting any cooperation from my ex-wife. You can't sell a home for $400K in a market that will only get you $370K, I don't care who you are! She was not willing to budge on the price nor was she willing to cooperate with me or Tyson on the selling of our home, attorneys had to get involved to basically force her to sell. Hey, why would you sell when you get to live in a $370K home when you have half of the mortgage being paid by your soon to be ex-husband? I am currently in the process of looking for another home and I am using Tyson and American Realty Brokers again, I will always use them and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Don't let the bitter, vindictive, angry review keep you from using them or their services.

I have had my license at AMERICAN REALTY BROKERS since 1998. AMERICAN REALTY BROKERS have always been supportive, back when I was a new agent and still are. Jared is a very knowledgeable broker and is always there to lend advice. Great place to work and truly an EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST.

American Realty Brokers were great. Our agent listed our house and had us under contract and we closed on time with a very smooth transaction.
