I definitely recommend Matt! Like everyone else who is competing with other offers, he was able to get things done! Matt is a dream realtor. He worked to have my offer accepted despite being up against multiple offers. He checked in with me daily, if not twice a day, to update me on details throughout escrow. Matt was absolutely exceptional to work with from start to finish! We were looking for a house in Morrison Ranch but there was little to no inventory available. We also were not yet living in Arizona so trying to find a house out of state made it that much harder. Somehow Matt was able to find us a house before it hit the Market! He helped us put together a strong offer that was accepted and we were able to close in 14 days! He offered advise, provided guidance and answered all of our questions. Matt Randall was a godsend in a very aggressive realty market. Through his direction, we were able to find a home in under a week. We could not have been more pleased with his willingness to look at houses during all hours of the day and holidays. When we ran into issues with our lender, he had multiple recommendations for back-ups. One of those back-ups ended up helping us get the financing we needed to secure the purchase. Once we went into escrow, his constant follow up and coordination with the lender and title agency ensured that we closed before our deadline.
