Just know what Laura Esparza thinks about you if you don't agree with her politically. If you can't remain neutral, and feel like it's ok to call half the population names...just the fact that a "professional" adult would say such things...I would steer clear. What a shame. Please, Laura, control your hatred for Trump and the people who disagree with you.

Do not work with Sein Riordan. We went through the application process to rent her personal home, she was also the agent on. My husband and Ispoke to her via text, telephone and email over the course of 3 days. She approved our application, credit check and background check, to then change the lease term. When we asked why the change, she made up numerous different stories instead of being honest and saying she would like to increase the rent amount after the first year. Although, she gave red flags as a future landlord we really liked the property and decided to move forward. With the new contract, came addendums regarding plumbing concerns. One read the water feature for the pool was broken and the other said there was a noise in the master bath wall when you turn on the shower but it's nothing. After reviewing the contract my husband text Sein asking if she any plans to repair these items prior to us moving in. She text back saying due to our requests, she no longer wanted to move forward with our application. We asked for her to call us, she basically ghosted us. It was shocking to us because during all of our communication she expressed her excitement, how much she liked us and had such a great feeling, etc. Needless to say I'm sure we dodged a bullet and you should too!

I’m very grateful to be at this brokers. I had a horrible experience with my first brokerage that almost drove me to giving up on real estate all together. Thank God I didn’t! Shane responds very quickly and is always willing to help me with any questions or issues that arise. All of the ladies in the front, and staff in compliance are amazing too and have been a huge support for me. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon!

The touring experience was quite unpleasant. Gordon seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced by me. Even more-so, with any question I asked about the property. After arriving late, I expected the experience to compensate. However, after touring one unit, I asked if they had any others available without carpet on the first level. He replied “I’ve toured a hundred of these and I’m sure they’re all the same”. I made mention of a few listings that were currently available online, reflecting tile flooring. He reluctantly with a sigh and disagreeable (body language) began to search online. He’d found several (not to my surprise). I then asked if I could see it. He replied, “ it’s the same but the square footage is different, I’m not sure where but it’s the same”. Huh? So I asked if I may tour the unit as well. I followed him in my car to the second listing. It was significantly different: no back yard, instead a very small front patio area, the bedrooms were also much bigger. Particularly the master bedroom and closet. It also had an additional bathroom. After touring, I’d asked about a parking issue I read about in the reviews for the community. Instead of providing clarity he rudely and sarcastically said, “how many cars do you have…1”. Just rude and dismissive. People have visitors correct ? I've also never had someone subtly ask if I have a criminal record during a tour. Have you ? I was also asked "what do you do for a living" by the agent who answered my call about touring, the second I said my name. So this is likely indicative of a typical experience for a potential tenant, or shall I say for some. I was very disappointed by the experience especially because my 12yr old even felt the disregard. Furthermore I would not recommend and hope you can demonstrate better mutual respect and integrity going forward.

Dilek helped us learn the home buying process and understand what to expect as first-time buyers.
From the beginning to the end, she has always been there for us and has always been quick to answer all our questions. She helped us find our dream house by sharing the most recent listings, scheduling tour appointments and accompanying us with our house visits. After deciding on the house, she helped us from the offer to the closing, and this morning, she handed us the keys.
She was always well-planned and professional. We really appreciate all that she has done to help lighten the stresses of buying a house.

Literally the best team ever. Kristina and Elizabeth were with me the entire process. From the beginning they laid out the home buying process to help me as a first time buyer understand what to expect. They have an app that allowed me to look for properties and share any that I was interested in. Noatter the time...2am didn't matter.. they didn't respond at that time but I was able get moving faster because of it.. The response time with these two was amazing. They were always on top of it. Escrow was crazy and my close date got moved 3 times which caused my friends who were gonna helpe move, not be able to fly in. So Elizabeth and Kristina and their mates, helped me move and they even brought the truck. And they gave a heartfelt house warming gift. I highly recommend you give these ladies a call!!

My husband and I used Rich Stengel from this office to sell our house recently. It closed last month. (OCT.) I can't say enough about this realtor to really do him justice, but I will try to hit the high points. He was extremely conscientious and professional to begin. He never came to our home that he didn't look and act professional. He was very patient with me because I had lots of questions and he explained them to me in a way that I could understand.
He always gave us feedback on our showings when he received them from the agents showing it, which allowed us to tweak a few things, with him actually helping us do what needed to be done. A few times when he didn't get a notification that the agent showing, had left and locked up, he would get in his car and drive over to double check that our house was indeed secured. Sometimes the lock boxes don't register like they should but he never left it to chance. When we went through inspection he came over to see if he could figure a way to fix the problem. He was just there every step of the way. On top of everthing else, he was always happy and in a good mood. He was a joy to work with and I know I was very testy a few times with him. My husband and I were divorcing at the time so it was a stressful time. Rich was always professional. He is truly a credit to his profession and he knows the business well, he has been in it for over 40 years. I have moved out of state and now in the process of finding and buying a house and I so wish he was here to help walk me through it. If anyone is in need of an excellent realtor whether you are buying a home or selling you owe it to yourself to at least interview him and see what you think for yourself.
