I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case Patrick has earned every word. Very knowledgeable. Attentive to detail. Patrick will do whatever it takes to get the deal done. We certainly had a roller coaster ride when selling our parents house of 25 years. Patrick was right there to take the time to explain everything and offer multiple options to make it happen. He is genuinely more concerned about his clients than just closing another deal. He never placed pressure on us. Just won us over with his knowledge, explanations, and suggestions, and allowed us to make the right decisions along the way. Patrick was awesome! He started out with a great interview and ended up selling our home the day of our open house. He completed a lot of needed tasks in between form coordinating house repairs to getting the house painted. He did all the of the leg work in prepping the house for top dollar asking price while I was in a different state. He is very knowledgeable about repairs and has a list of the right contractors needed to prep a house to sell. No delays on getting the job done right.
