“I had a mixed experience with Az New Horizon. Fatima was fantastic—very transparent and responsive to all my questions. Even though Fatima was really nice with me, my first interaction with Zac was less than ideal. He seemed upset that I arrived without Fatima, even though she had given me permission. Despite his initial frustration, he did show me the place. They were also pushing me to sign a contract too fast, which added to my discomfort. In the end, I was approved for the property, but for personal reasons, I ended up backing out. I also felt that Zac’s negativity towards me may have been influenced by my ethnicity. Overall, while Fatima’s service was commendable, the experience with Zac left a lot to be desired. I would never do business with Zac.”

We had an awesome experience with Andy and Amanda! They really worked hard for us. Professional. Knowledgeable. Personable. They made us feel at ease and found the perfect home for us very quickly.
***UPDATE***
It has been 8 months since we purchased this home and our air-conditioning went out. We had some trouble with the warranty service, so we called our realtor, Andy. He contacted the right people and fought for us and we are now getting a new unit inside and outside! Andy is our HERO!

Very difficult to maintain communication with our realtor who lied to us multiple times throughout the process. Lack of market knowledge and process of selling a home, regret using this company.
