What a disappointment living in Robson Ranch for 4 years. The houses are beautiful but cheap half assed construction. It took 6 months to get a leak fixed which destroyed one of our walls. Sewer smells coming from the bathroom sink was a real delight. The location for RR pathetic as you have to go to Casa Grande for everything - better have your alarms and weapons on you.
The people are wealthy and snotty. If you don't play golf or pickleball your low status. Do your research folks- don't buy there!

Yes Robson Ranch is a beautiful place to live, but buyer beware.First Robson real estate agents will lie to you about Living in Robson. For example a grocery store will be in Robson, thanks to Jim D. Second the construction of your new home is cheap. Your not getting a good deal.Cheap materials so Robson can make a big profit.Your warranty is a joke, 6 months to fix a roof leak is a perfect example, and your neighbors, if you have money and do not work,they will talk to you,but make a sure you play golf and pickleball,if not your Blacklisted.Facebook what happened to freedom of speech in Robson From Oct to April you deal with snowbirds, they need Driveing school. Do not buy in Robson if you do,you will be sorry.

I have been a resident of this community for the last nine years. I chose this community because Mr. Robson is one of the Premier builders in the state of Arizona and in my opinion you won't find a better built home. My utility bills are low do to insulation in the Integra block built homes. We enjoy beautiful amenities and a first class restaurant and grill. Some of the comments on here are from the same homeowners who always show up to the regular scheduled HOA meetings to find something to complain about, so please keep that in mind when you read them. This is a 55+ active adult community and there are many organizations and activities to keep you busy seven days a week, if you so choose. My motto is come live the lifestyle you have earned and deserved at Robson Ranch Golf Resort.

We moved in September 1st 2023. We have had nothing but a good experience here. I'd like to take the time to address some of the other reviews here. When we purchased our home, we were given a window of 13-15 months. No problem and we moved in 15 months later. There were a few issues during construction, but they were addressed promptly and adequately.
So far, we have no issues with the quality of our home. In the short time we have been here, we have met several neighbors, and they all seem to be very nice. We even had a "meet your new neighbor" get together one weekend. I'm sure there are a few rotten apples and busy bodies at the bottom of the barrel but we haven't seen them yet.
The 3.9 star rating (as of this writing) has been dragged down by serval individuals who objected to some business decisions made by Robson Ranch and in no way reflect the overall community.
It's beautiful here! Quiet and very pleasant. Almost no traffic.
By no means is Casa Grande a "go to" destination but it has all the amenities that we need. Hospital. Many Doctor offices, restaurants, markets, even an outdoor mall. Phoenix is a 45 minute drive away and HEY! we're retired so what else do we have to do. Taking a drive into the city is fun!
Home prices are reasonable, but they do mark up everything.
The only regret we do have is finding a landscaper. We went with Robson's recommendation, and they were way more expensive than some of the others available. Problem was, we didn't know until we moved here. Really nothing on the internet I could find on landscapers.
Someone else mentioned that you can stay here and check things out. We didn't but we visited three time before we pulled the trigger. I feel you will be happy with your choice if you decide to purchase here. NOT A PAID ADVIRTISEMENT.
