**5 Stars – Brian is a lifesaver!**

I can’t say enough good things about Brian. Tax season always stresses me out, but he made everything so much easier. He took the time to go through every detail, double-checking that nothing was missed for both my personal and business taxes.

What really stood out was how he explained things in a way that actually made sense—no confusing jargon, just clear, honest advice. And as someone who worries about audits and compliance, his thoroughness put me at ease.

If you need an accountant who actually cares about getting things right (and doesn’t make you feel dumb asking questions and doesn't rush you), Brian’s your guy. 10/10 would recommend!

I began using RG Associates' services when I lived in Arizona in 2016, when I moved to Texas I had a tricky situation and RG Associates helped me out throughout the process and paperwork. Last year I tried switching to H&R Block but I don't believe they provided the service I got from RGA. Using RGA this year was such an ease, everything done online and I signed paper work using Adobe Sign so I didn't have to sign scan/fax anything! I will continue using them for years to come! Thank you so much Brian and Cindey for the absolutely amazing customer service and experience.

When everything is fine and running smooth, Joe-Blo can be your tax guy and you will be fine most of the time. A knowledgeable and responsive accountant is not thought about, because there are no issues.

When there are concerns/issues, a responsive and customer-oriented professional become paramount. Unfortunately, the one and only time I needed Roy’s service to be more than and “fill-out and file” I was blown-off or ignored completely. I got a large bill from the IRS as a result of a mistake they identified on my taxes. I paid the IRS. I brought this up to Brian, who said they would look at it because it was likely a IRS mistake. So, I continued using RG for the next year. Fast forward to this year’s tax season and unanswered messages with Brian and one last attempt to contact Roy ( which was never returned), I decided to business elsewhere.

Again, when the wind and waters were smooth sailing there were no issues and I enjoyed working with RG and Associates. But the only time where there should have been and reasonable expectation of some sort of customer service, or even a response, I got crickets instead. And at the end of the day, that is where a business like this is shown to prove the value and security in the service they provide.
