BVA Services was engaged based on positive local reviews. Following an initial consultation with Lizbeth, we were instructed to procure three separate QuickBooks subscriptions for each of our LLCs to facilitate their access. After complying with BVA Services' request to provide all personal and login credentials, we were abruptly informed of their inability to fulfill the engagement, citing an alleged staff resignation. This abrupt termination, following the transfer of our confidential information, demonstrates a severe lapse in security protocol and potential negligence in safeguarding our data. We demand immediate assurance that our information remains secure and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent any unauthorized access. Furthermore, this also resulted in significant, unnecessary QuickBooks subscription expenses and left us without tax preparation services within a critical deadline window!
