Sadly we were disappointed with the service.
We turned in 3 w-2’s and 1 month of self employment in early April but H&H didn’t have our paperwork complete until October 15.

A week after turning in our tax paperwork in April, Kim called us and told us that she would have to put us on an extension because she was backlogged. I said that was fine.

By the end of July, we started emailing her and asking for updates on our taxes.
She would not respond.

So when we called the office and got her on the phone, she said it would be ready by the following week.
2 weeks later and no updates, we would call back again and told the same thing. “It will be ready next week”.

By now we were in mid to late September and found out our extension was up October 15.
So we started contacting the manager and asking why it was taking so long to get our taxes done.
He investigated for us and admitted there was no reason why our taxes took so long to be done.
He said he asked Kim why it took so long and said she didn’t have an answer.

Our taxes were finally completed October 11 and we had to sign them for them to be officially filed by Monday October 15.

Expensive for the service. Took 3 months to get my tax return done. Spoke to manager 3 times questioning the price and time. Was told they would get back to me and never heard from anybody. I do not recommend this office.
