Michelle has incredible customer service. She took good care of me. I will definitely recommend her as an agent. She's very personable and tries her best to get you. The best deal. She is also very nice.

I would definitely not recommend their service. I thought Michelle checked off my list of a great customer service representative but of course I stood corrected. I had an increase on my policy with no notice given due to Michelle not giving me the correct information since the beginning of my service. I had been trying to get it fixed for about a month and all she would say is ‘i’m sorry’ but how can you be sorry when at the end of the day you don’t fix your mistakes. I’m not sure the name of her manager but she as well has no professionalism at all. No intent to fix her mistakes. I’m the one paying and losing money and not once did either of them ever reach back to me after reaching out multiple times. Don’t even get me started on the shape of their location that place is disgusting. The furniture is worn out and filthy dirty. Thank you guys for nothing.

I have had my insurance policies through Oasis Insurance/Freeway Insurance for the last 2+ years. Their agents are always such a pleasure to work with and they find me the best possible deals out there on the market. I worked with Melanie today from Freeway Insurance. Boy was she the best agent I could have asked for! I called to update my lienholder. Melanie went above and beyond and not only updated that, but found a new policy saving me $100 per month! Melanie was polite, friendly, and patient as we got everything easily updated and signed over the phone/email. I will continue to work with her going forward and would recommend Melanie as an insurance agent to all my friends and family.

OOOHHH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I had the honor of talking with Melanie with Freeway Ins/Progressive In’s….SHE’S THE MOST AWESOME AGENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH…..NO JOKE!!!!!!!!!! She’s so wonderful to talk with and got me a HUGE deal on car insurance!! I was paying $179 and some change with Allstate who kept messing up my acct/ins. for years. I was stuck with Allstate because I have a Kia Soul….The ones that are shown on YouTube and TikTok of how to break in too….I want to sue those 2 sites for that garbage…..For that I paid extremely high insurance and only 2 insurance companies would cover my hubby and myself. My KIA Soul was a high risk. I called so many companies and got the same response of they wouldn’t cover me or I paid an expensive rate. So I dealt with this for 3 years. So Melanie knew my story and looked for me. She found Progressive who is no longer turning me away and charging me now $88 per month!! YES…..ALMOST 1/2 THE PRICE OF ALLSTATE!!!!!!!!! I’m in so much shock!! I can’t get over the extremely lower price cut I’m getting now!! Ty Melanie!! Your a sweetheart definitely!! WHERE’S HER RAISE!!!!!!!!!💸💵💴💶💰💳
