Been here 5 years. Always on time. Rent raised $400 since move in. Limited payment options. Management has a single service their tenants use to pay rent. Tenants needing multiple forms for payment of rent are ignored. As long as I have been here there had always existed the non pickup of pets waste issue. Also being forced (even though I declined) to pay for cable is absolutely unacceptable. This complex may have improved aesthetics but administration is useless , unhelpful and deceptive. Believe me I'm being as objective as possible...

your properties don't answer questions do you? When can you get us a stove .. we been here going on 5 months we pay our rent on time we deserve to actually have heat and a stove.. but I don't have either.. not helping my mental health at all.. the office here lied and told us we'd be getting one.. yet we still haven't now they are telling us we would have to apply for a different unit.. wish they would have given us that option in the first place. But of course they didn't..
I do not think we should have to pay another application fee.. to get what they said we were going to be getting in here in this apartment..
