I've worked with Margaret, Thomas and Ann; they have ALL been incredibly helpful and the customer service is exceptional. MFCU is the “Best” banking for all my banking concerns. The Tellers greet me by name, the Administration who I do not see impressed me much when greeting me in the lobby.
The most impressive this April 2025 is the Loan Agent, DANELLE AUSTIN, who has handled my loan request many times with overwhelming results especially when there was no way I would be approved anywhere in the banking loan industry. Service is ok but I called 10 days ago and now the numbers not match
The payments of my car at the bank now are more and the person on the phone told me .they say I finish everything on April
Always stolen the money with different ways
But it’s my fault for continuos putt money in banks , they are nothing without us

Has been my bank for 20 years.Never had a complaint or issue banking with Marisol. Completely satisfied with their programs and how they do business. Margaret is great and very efficient as well!

I would only suggest this bank to my worst enemies. A paperwork error and they are charging $900 for auto insurance on a $20,000 car. They should be arrested for theft! They will be reported to the FBI,police, BBB, and the FDIC for the ongoing crimes they are committing.

Update: Bank reached out same day to my mother Stating they saw this review and understand its free speech. They will still be doing NOTHING about their criminal charges at this time. I will be launching a new program to help individuals who leave this corrupt institution.
Fighting corruption is done at a grass roots level!

0/5 stars if I could. Garbage location & people. Anne, the old lady with white hair, is absolutely horrendous!! The manager, can’t remember their name, is useless as well when it comes to assisting customer issues. They both are in the wrong business if they have want to have such poor attitudes at their place of work. It’s not hard to find a different job if you dislike customer service that much! Definitely need better training & staff because it’s gross how mistreated customers are at this location.
