Desert Schools is my 3rd credit union since coming to Arizona. I left the other two because I couldnt get away from the 'nanny state' bs. When I go out of state and my card automatically locks even though I have signed a waver saying that I retain full responsibility for MY STUFF!!! Other things like this were the reasons I left the other credit unions, bank of america and well fargo and that was 4 years ago before it became ridiculous. Desert Schools (desert financial) over in the west end of Arizona, has been good to deal with. With the exception of the communists' lockdown, which they didnt have a choice in, the people were always friendly in spite of the cdc trying to suffocate them 40 hours a week.For those complaining of waiting... Ive stood in lines at bofa that were 40 people long and only 1 person working as a teller on the Friday of a 3 day holiday, which was this camel's last straw . I've NEVER had to wait more than a few minutes since Ive been with Desert. For those of you complaining about loan denial... it's YOUR FICO SCORE so do something about it. The only reason there arent 5 starts is that they are still in bed with government, which they cant help. So 4 stars is 5 stars if you dont count the gov. overreach. It's been a breath of fresh air to have an enjoyable experience again, thank you all for working to serve with your best!

Nope, they mail a check. My cell phone bill was two days late resulting in a late fee. Very disappointing.
