Tammi and team have made the property management experience as a home owner worry free and a breeze to get into. Tammy started out being our rental agent!! When I spoke to her on the phone I knew she was extremely qualified and really knowledgeable in the whole process!! After being here for two weeks we asked her and her son Skyler to show us a few homes for sale. It wasn’t our thoughts when we came out initially to look but we did and they were gracious to do so!! Well we bought a home after only 21/2 weeks after we got here!! They went out of their way to help us with everything! So today we are the proud owners of a cute home in the Grande in Surprise Arizona and we couldn’t be happier!! I will recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy here!! We consider them friends for life!!

This is the second time I'm leaving a review since they found a way to have the initial review removed. My experience was less than savory with Tammy. She made it apparent that she only does business with particular clients even when you've met all financial and background requirements.
