Horrible experience dealing with this company. Filing taxes for 2023 went easily enough, but my identity was stolen as a result of this company not handling my information with care. Additionally, they tried to file an extension for me this year without my permission after explicitly telling them I do not want to work with them. Stephanie was also incredibly rude on the phone. Avoid them and find someone who will appreciate your business and treat you with respect.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company. The person who did my taxes was Randy. He helped me out after I forgot to file my taxes for 2023 and got me all squared away and helped me get up to date. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Don’t trust them with any of your information. We are still waiting on 2023 tax return. Their follow up is horrible and I would gladly pay more for a better service.

After 12 years of being in business I finally decided to use My Accountant for my accounting needs and it was sure a great idea. A lot of the worry and concern has completely gone away and the communication is impeccable. Needed a completed 1040 form to file my taxes this year. I Was told I could get said form from whoever did my taxes last year, which was these people. The receptionist told me to find one online. Of course I can find a blank one online. I needed a completed one in relation to my tax returns completed by these guys last year. To my knowledge they should be able to help me with this. Anyways, ive decided to take my tax business needs elsewhere.

I followed them from their last location because I'm grown to trust Randy and his wife Patti. They are very honest and upfront about what to expect from them as customers. I highly recommend this tax accountant office for all your tax preparation needs. It doesn't matter if you are just filing W-2's or run your own business. They can handle it all.
