Second year in a row. Cathy has been extremely rude to me & my accountant. Time to retire. Quick books online is too much for her to handle.... it's like old people with smart phones.

Very unprofessional. Will not work with you too make your tax experience easy. Refers you to outside tech support that cannot help you. Stay away from this business. It’s toxic to customers.

Cathy Hacker has been preparing our tax returns for many years. We're confident that she makes sure our returns are done correctly and that we are taking advantage of any credits and deductions that apply to our situation. The time allotted for our appointments is appropriate and allows room for questions and concerns, which Cathy always patiently answers. Tax time is stressful and we appreciate feeling like we're not on our own, but have a knowledgeable ally on our side. The office staff are also pleasant and helpful.

CATHY CHARGED ME $800!!! I was quoted on the phone between $300- $600. Have a rental property in California and straight forward taxes here in Arizona. She got us $7,000 LESS than last year and charged us $200 more to do taxes that got us less money. Would not recommend coming here unless you want to pay a crazy amount to get less money.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. We hired them to file our sales tax returns .

I understand we were a small account for them but they took the job.

The communication was extremely poor and multiple returns were not filed.

I highly recommend this company!!!!! They find areas to save in I had no idea was available and are Knowledgeable.

I started using Hacker Accounting last year from a referral of a dear friend. I used the same CPA firm for over 20 years and although they were great, their prices continued to go up to the point I could no longer afford it.

Chris Hacker did my taxes and me being recently divorced he was very professional he was able to guide me through my taxes and laws regarding my rights. I ended up paying much less then my previous CPA and felt very comfortable with the process.
