Vile customer service. After notifying Heather Johnson of the mistakes mistakes I found in my tax return, she lied to me instead to f asking someone more knowledgeable. After contacting Blake Comish directly to correct the error, Heather Johnson then sent the old return for filing. When notified about this she was argumentative and, you got it, dishonest again.
Mistakes happen in every line of business, the problem here is having the wrong personality to deal with issues that arise. Bottom line: she’s bad for business.

EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH SERVICE

This Accounting and Tax service was recommended to me for tax preparation by someone who set me up with Quick Books, and I am so glad he did !!! Emily Griffin and her staff are fabulous - attention to detail, asked the riight questions so my tax return was complete, got the return done efficiently, and were very professional and kind throughout. I have only good things to say about them, and will definitely use again !!

This was my 1st year using Desert Foothills Accounting- Never again! Felt there was a disregard for my requests & I wasn't respected. Communication in this office is an issue. Sadly, trust was lost in the awful process & worst tax season of my looong life.
