I have been having my taxes done from the same person for 35 years. Unfortunately, he passed away and I needed to find someone new. My best friend recommended this place. It was a nightmare from the start. Jason gave me the papers to sign to submit my taxes, and they weren't sent in electronically. If i didn't check the status 48 hours later, I would STILL be waiting. He also doesn't return phone calls unless I contact the office and leave a message. Only then did he return my call ONCE. Then he says to text him on his personal phone and that goes ignored as well. I was offered a refund due to my experience and even THAT was a nightmare. Had to wait 3 weeks and many phone calls to the office stating I didn't receive it. They gave me a receipt of the transaction but it never made it to my credit card until I had to submit the receipt to my credit card company and only THEN did I receive the refund. I'm better off going to H&R block for 75 bucks or just doing it myself next year. Neither me or my friend will be back.

Just filed our Taxes with Jason and had a great experience.
