For 15 months the credit union has continued to charge me on an expired card. The people charging me show it cancelled and the expired card. The credit unions answered you have subscription yet the people show it cancelled for 15 months and the expired card. My next move is to cancel the cu account which now creates more work for me to change accounts

BOTH ATMs were “unable to accept deposits”, so after waiting 30 minutes in line while 3 to 4 employees were behind the counter talking, helping nobody, I was told “I don’t know why the ATMs aren’t completing transactions”. And they would not complete my transaction “in branch” despite my bank directing me to Arizona Central as an affiliate location. The last two times I have attempted using EITHER of their ATMs, they were either not accepting deposits, or functioning for withdrawals. Then forced to wait in a line literally going out the door. Never will I waste my time there again. Unacceptable.

I accidently over drafted my account and they put restrictions on my account they don't forgive overdraft fees and some of the employees are rude when you do a cash advance from another card . They don't process deposits til around 9 am other banks are earlier. I used to like this credit union but not anymore. I am very disappointed.

I got scammed and had to close down all my accounts. The only bank I had an issue with was AZ Central. I am sorry but I lost my cool when the teller laughed when I told her i needed the card because I had a flood at my house & needed to be able to access my money.

I've never experienced nothing but good, courteous service from the employee members AZCCU in Show Low. Ive been with them almost four years and they're a great team. Keep up the good work!!

I have NEVER felt so humiliated, belittled and disrespected in my life! I had money transferred into my account to purchase a vehicle a week prior. I went in to get a cashier check. I was treated like I was stealing my own money. They kept me there for an hour demanding that I prove where the money came from. I showed them emails confirming transfer. I had a rep. From the other bank on speaker confirming the transfer. The other bank was dumbfounded with this. She couldn't believe that this was happening. They realize how wrong they were and gave me MY money, but NEVER apologized. Continued to treat me horrible. Branch manager Brianna is power hungry. And has NO idea how to run a bank.

I drive several miles to the Show Low Credit Union. The ATM is not working ALOT! I have to go inside, if I have time & they are open. Today, I was talking to the person in front of me in line & one of the clerks, Brianna, said, "keep your comments to yourself!" First of all, I wasn't talking to her! I wasn't being loud or obnoxious. I was annoyed that even after we stood in line, she can't take a cash deposit, we have to keep waiting,so she takes the next person in line. It IS still a free country & I'll share my opinion of their customer service with whom ever I please. There were 4 clerks & that place is very slow. Not to mention the construction crew blocking the door, using hammers & drills. Couldn't even here each other when I did get waited on. Rotten service Brianna!

I felt insulted..people like me built this Credit Union and applying to be a member was a waist of hours of my time..I don't think I want to trust my money to be managed by my local Credit Union..
