I cannot say enough positive things about Service Master in Pinetop! The entire crew was efficient, courteous, sympathetic, and calming at a time when I was very stressed. 😬 My laundry room and kitchen flooded due to a water leak. They were always punctual and safely packed out and returned everything. Fast, friendly and professional. Five star all the way, from the office staff to the crew in my home. We had service master come out as we had black mold under the house and too much dirt down there to navigate the crawlspace. The team was very professional and did an amazing job. CJ, the job lead, made sure we got a call every morning to let us know they were on there way and even showed us pictures of the progress they had made at the end of each day. Very happy with the end product and would use them again!

When our washer flooded the laundry room, kitchen and our daughter's bedroom, I wasn't sure what to do. I called ServiceMaster and they arrived promptly and handled everything. They showed up with all the equipment they needed to remove the water and dry the moisture left behind. They had fans and dehumidifiers and a vac to clean up the standing water. They pulled up the carpet in our daughter's room and placed fans so that it would dry quickly. They were professional, prompt, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
