Submitted a quote request for auto insurance. Adam sent me the quotes via email. Called 3 times to accept quote then I e mailed informing I accept. Again NO RESPONSE! So I called another insurance company directly and wound up saving about $250 for a 6 month policy. Bottom line with me—this was highly unprofessional and quite frankly rude. Now 2 days later and I still haven’t heard from this guy. The good news was I wound up saving $$$. So avoid this agency they obviously are a disaster.
