Excellent customer service! We just purchased a used Honda Accord. Our salesperson Ernesto (Ernie) was amazing. He was attentive to our needs and made the process very smooth. He made us feel like family. Sales Manager Humberto helped us with negotiations. He was tough but fair. We were able to meet at a good price for all parties. Rudy with finance even helped us get a better interest rate for our loan. 10 out of 10

Highly recommend buying a car from this dealership! And ask for Shawn Garrett from sales department. He was amazing and made the process as smooth as possible. No high pressure sales tactics. Greg, in finance department was also wonderful. And we didn't get to meet to GM, but would like to also say thank you to him as well. Each and every person at this dealership wants to find you a high quality car and their prices are unbeatable. My husband and I were blown away at the efficiency of this dealership. We were in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours with our new (to us) car. We will definitely be giving them business in the future if we are ever in the market for another car!

I told the service writer before he took the car no tire rotation, no air or cabin filter as I just replaced them a week ago, and no car wash. Wanted only an oil and filter change.
The only thing he managed to get correct was the tire rotation. What really upset me was that he said the car was washed and by a machine. It was spotless when I brought it in plus I do not do auto car washes or use cleaners on it with color because I have ppf on the front. The service writer obviously cannot follow directions and did not seem to understand why I was upset. I was so upset i didn't realize till I pulled out of the dealer thst one of their coffee cups was left in one of the cup holders. I do not drink coffee in my car as well they should not eat or drink in any customers car. Been there 3 times, with the first 2 being good. The only reason I gave then 2 stars was because the changing of the oil was good.

This is the best dealership and group of people I have ever worked with.
I was being taken advantage of by another dealership and they stepped in with a true deal giving me exactly what I asked for without the hassle and normal back and forth. If you tell them what you want, they will make it happen - or better! (Shawn especially is incredible and makes you feel like a friend not just a client).
