Best Insurance broker out in BAKERSFIELD RENEE THE OWNER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, I HAVE HAD MY INSURANCE WITH HIM 8 YEAR NEVER NO PROBLEMS AT ALL , NO HIGH BROKER FEES. THIS PLACE IS GREAT TO PUT INSURANCE ON THE CAR OR THE MOTORCYCLE. I DEFINITELY WANT TO RECOMMEND HIM !!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK .

Not a bad price to pay for insurance. The only downside is you are just paying to have insurance.. When you actually get in an accident and file a claim, they do not do much to help you. They take forever to get back to you, just to send you a denial of coverage letter MONTHS later. I got in a accident December of 2017. I have had to pay over $600 in repairs since then because they denied my claim. There is a lot loop-holes in the application/policy, be sure to READ all the fine print.

Edit: the broker offered us a bad insurance policy that had a lot of loop-holes. Bad choice of insurance company from broker.

Dont know how you can give this insurance company 5 stars. I give two stars for their greeeting me when i first started. My son car had full coverage and a guy driving drunk hit his vehicle while it was parked. I called the number to report the accident and yes they did call but only to get my report on tape. After, they said theyd call but it was like waiting in a hospital waiting room to be called but they never do. Finally after months elasped, they did indicate they would pay for my sons vehicle but they wanted to take his vehicle even though he was making payments on it in order for them to give him any money. Whoever trained these agents sure need training themselves because instead of Maya insurance it should be called Procrastinate Insurance services. Because they're very slow in returning calls so you basically have to call them and keep chasing them in order to get ANY information on what the outcome will be.
