Friendly, knowledgeable agents. Honest folks! They will not try to add coverages you don't want. They take the time to explain what coverages might be good for, if you have questions. If you know what you want, they do not pressure you into more. Not at all pushy. My mom is 78 & drives maybe 100 miles a month, zero tickets or accidents in 5 years, parks in a garage & her current company was over $300/MN! Cathy, Micheal & the team managed to find the same coverage with a reputable company for 1/2 the price! If you are shopping for insurance, try this company! You will not be disappointed!
