ATM never works beyond frustrating. Employees are great but be warned never plan on being able to use the atm. If you have to have your money deposited don’t ever bank on atm. The atms had problems since the day they opened a few years ago. You’d think they’d replace it if it’s been broken every week since they opened

I love entering TFCU in Graham. Everyone is always friendly and you are in and out in quicktime. They take the time to get to know their clients. I can say that because one of the employees commented on me driving a different vehicle. How many other banks to that? I was in there the other day and opened a new account to what I already had with no troubles at all. I was not sent to someone else to wait for them to handle. It was handle right at the front desk.

I haven’t been a customer for long with this bank. Today was the first time I went into the graham bank I didn’t like it at all. They take way too long to help someone they don’t even ask you or tell you it will be a few minutes I left and did not do any business there.. I just believe if you see people in line, let them know that it will be a few minutes.
