Shareese began working with me to find a rental. Although one rental didnt work out, I ran into some issues concerning another. However, I was COMPLETLY blown off by this agent! For some reason she just decided to send me an email as if I needed to wait on a response from.herm I did for a week. I called and sent an email and got NOTHING back. She really completely blew me off, which is unprofessional. She has NEVER called me once and even started telling her co-workers to tell me "she's out of the office" when I called. They have called ID. I would then receive an email from her within 3 minutes of my call. Even though she was referred to me by a family remember, this is the reason why I become hesitant to use "referrals." She certainly didn't stand up to par with me. I ended up finding a house on my own and used the retainer fee (that you give to agents.....which I would have given her even though she didnt request it) to buy new things for my new house. I would not recommend this agent to ANYONE.
