I went through Mike Cox Insurance Services, and have been with them for sometime now, and have been nothing short of impressed the entire time. Gina has been extremely helpful. She has been so accessible, which is super helpful for someone who’s all over the place like me! Believe me paying bills obviously are not fun, but I can comfortably say that using Mike Cox Insurance Services has made this the most pleasant experience you can have.

I have been with Gina Byrd ever since day one when she started her career in insurance. My parents were clients of her father, Gene McMasters. There is not a sweeter, kinder man than Gene. When I started driving mom added me to their policy with Nationwide. It really wasn't the company that mattered, it was Gene. Then when Gina started, we became friends and I was her client. Gina learned from the best. Now after 43 years of driving and also being a homeowner, I still am and will always be her client and most of all her friend.
